We provide complimentary loan vehicles with a wash and vacuum with all services.*

We’re here to ensure servicing your vehicle is easy, with conveniently located service centres on the North Shore and West Auckland. Alternatively, we can offer pick-up and drop-off your vehicle services and we also provide mobile servicing right to your door.

What services do you offer?

We provide a range of workshop services, including all service and repairs, warrant of fitness checks, wheel alignments, paint repairs, tyre and wheel repairs, wheel replacements/ upgrades, windscreen repairs and windscreen replacements. We can provide a complimentary loan vehicle if required, along with a wash and vacuum with all services.

Can you help me with my insurance claim?

Yes, our team can assist with all mechanical insurance claims, including windscreen replacements.

Do you offer loan vehicles?

Yes, we have a range of suitable loan vehicles available, to meet your needs. These must be requested at the time of booking.

What costs are involved in a service or repair?

At all times, you, our customer, are fully involved, from the time of drop-off, with your approved signature for your service or repairs needed. Any additional repairs and maintenance found during your service, must be approved by you, prior to any additional work being carried out.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we frequently offer special promotions, and have a permanent fixed price service product for cars that are 6 years and older, Tristram Total Care.

How often should I have my car serviced?

We recommend following your vehicle manufacturer’s guidelines, contact us to find out when your service is due. Normally it is every 12 months.

What if I can’t make it to the dealership?

We offer a pick-up and drop-off service where we will come collect the vehicle and drop it back to you. We also have a mobile service where we will service your vehicle where you are. Additional charges may apply.
