Are there any vehicle exclusions for Tristram Total Care?
Yes, high-performance and luxury vehicles are excluded. For further details, please give us a call.
What if my car needs more oil than included in the service package?
Our Tristram Total Care packages include up to 4 litres of oil (5 litres for the Commercial package). If your vehicle requires more oil, it will be charged from $20 per litre depending on the grade of oil.
Can I service my Toyota, Kia, Mazda or Ford with you?
Yes, we can service all makes and models, not just our brands.
Will there be any additional costs?
If there is any additional work or repairs, we will provide a no-obligation quote, that requires your approval before proceeding. All additional repairs come with a Tristram Total Care 15% discount.
